Food Container Farms

A new approach and technology for growing and preserving healthy food, produced by using 100% real organic ingredients.

We are developing and manufacturing kits and containers for closed farming based on the know-how of space scientists, that have developed and implemented the technology on board of MIR Space Station.

Capable of functioning independently of an electricity grid, the Solar Container Unit comes pre-installed and pre-cabled and is capable of supplying energy in remote areas where connecting to an electricity grid is not possible, but also for short-term requirements (e.g. mobile operations).

The container is fitted with an automated management system for controlling energy prioritisation as follows: solar, battery, and external sources. Significant battery storage: from 15 to 90 kWh.The total energy consumption for ship containers are by heating and cooling, totalling 50000 kWh per year or 5kw/h.
Remote monitoring of production data via the GSM grid. One of the main objectives of our container is base of the design choices directly to increased or decreased crop yield and energy use.

We are revolutionizing the way we grow plants, enabling both professionals and enthusiasts to achieve optimal environment efficiency with minimal effort.
The advantages are numerous, with just a few of the main ones mentioned below:
● Stimulated growth
● Adjustable wavelength
● Energy efficiency
● Compactness
● Durability LED grow lights bring definite benefits, but choosing the right product usually proves to be quite challenging.

The vertical plant panels can house more than 8,000 living plants at once, creating a dense canopy of fresh crops.
Four rows of panels combine to create more than a linear half-mile of growing space.

Our container cultivation area houses 88 high-density five-channel plant panels. More than any other feature, these panels maximize usable space in the farm to unlock new crop possibilities, farming styles, and yield potentials.

The irrigation system is designed to limit the amount of light exposed to the nutrient solution, reducing the potential for bacteria growth.
The irrigation system consisted of (per growth chamber) a reservoir, a pump, hoses, a distribution mechanism, and a drain for each PCV pipe.

The nursery station water tank is vertically integrated into the table for easy access.
An attachable hose drains water from the nursery tank into the Cultivat main cultivation tank,
where it is flows out through a drainage spigot. Conversely, operators can route the hose directly outside through the farm door for straightforward cleaning and maintenance.

The nursery station features specialized light arrays with a higher ratio of blue lights to encourage strong stem development from the moment seeds sprout
